Each application for animals in rental units will be individually evaluated. Generally, approval is given only for small, non-aggressive breeds. The evaluation considers tenant safety, comfort, and the preservation of the property.
Animals considered large, aggressive, or those that may pose a risk to safety, health, or property integrity should not be approved.
Tenants or prospective tenants must submit an Animal Application Form (available upon request), which includes: A detailed description of the animal (breed, size, age, etc.), certified veterinary records demonstrating up-to-date vaccinations, and proof of liability insurance covering potential damages or injuries caused by the animal.
